6. We run flatbed and Dry Van...You pick, it is either 1 or the other

1. 1 yr in the past 3. OR 2 years in the past 5
2. No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
3. No DOT preventable accidents over the past 3 years
4. Not terminated from your last driving job
5. Good reference
